I do not accept cancellations on orders placed but I will issue a store credit on orders which have not been processed, which is within 2 days of placing an order.

There are no returns on personalized items unless :


If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, returns must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date and the item must be in the original packaging. Refund will be the price paid for the item less any S&H fees. 


Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced after photos of the damage are provided to the seller to submit to the shipping carrier.
